We’ve all seen it happen or have personally experienced it.
Guys, or indeed girls, will try to be friends with somebody before making a move and trying to take it to the next level. The problem stems from the other party not reciprocating these feelings and turning the other down, often claiming “I would prefer us to be friends” or something to that degree.

Was the day I started college at St Peters Sixth form.
